• Attendance: 29,000; sellout.
Threre was such a crowd rush to the stage just before The Police came on that security almost called a halt to the show. The promoter entered the stage and said: "Now, if all of you on the floor will please cooperate, and just take on giant FUCKING step TO THE REAR. We'll bring the lads out".
